Continuous Feeding & Grinding

This grinder allows for continuous feeding and grinding, eliminating the need to stop the machine or open the crushing chamber during the process. With a powerful 1200w motor, it can work continuously for up to 3 hours. To avoid jamming, feed dried ingredients slowly in small quantities.

Safe and Durable Construction

Our hammer mill is designed for safety. It features a micro-switch that stops the mill immediately if the cover is opened during grinding or if it is not properly covered. Additionally, an overheat protector trips automatically if the motor gets too hot or overloaded. If the ammeter exceeds 10A, reduce the feeding speed.

Multiple Grinding Fineness Options

The hammer mill comes with 6 sieve meshes, allowing you to easily achieve different grinding fineness. Coarse grinding can yield up to 15KG (33LB) per hour, and fine grinding can yield up to 3KG (6.6LB) per hour. Cover the outlet with a cloth bag to facilitate collecting the flour.

Usage Guidelines

1. Do not use this hammer mill for wet, fresh, or oily ingredients such as walnuts, sesame, or peanuts.
2. To maintain the motor, allow the grinder to cool down for 10 minutes every 2 hours of continuous grinding.
3. Only sieve meshes can be disassembled and cleaned with water.
